Having returned to Taiwan after working at a three Michelin star restaurant in New York and understanding the importance of farm fresh ingredients, Fudy Chen invested in his own piece of farmland at the foot of Yangmingshan, fulfilling his dream of owning his own organic farm. Drawing heavily from his respect for nature and the nature cycle, Fudy uses only organic fertilizer in order to produce the freshest vegetables and fruits. Our salads, main courses, herbs and sides all use produce from the farm which can be delivered from the farm to our restaurant in 40 minutes.
